God’s Wrath

“And it shall come to pass at that time that I will search Jerusalem with lamps and punish the men who are settled in complacency, who say in there heart, the Lord will not do good, nor will He do evil.” (Zephaniah 1:12)

America is settled in complacency. America is in trouble and God is about to send down His wrath. We are headed for more trouble than we have ever seen. God is telling me that the time is near.

“Neither their silver nor their gold shall be able to deliver them in the day of the Lord’s wrath; but the whole land shall be devoured by the fire of His jealousy, for He will make speedy riddance of all who dwell in the Land.” (Zephaniah 1:18)

No matter how much money you have it will not deliver you from God’s wrath. America has become a nation of bottom line, how much money can I make. It does not matter about the people only the money. It does not matter if it is right or wrong, just how much money can I get. Money will not buy a place in heaven. At death we are all equal. Just as the rich man who filled his barns and build more because his barns would not hold his wealth. That night God required his soul.

“Seek the Lord, all you meek of the earth, who have upheld His justice. Seek righteousness, seek humility. It may be that you will be hidden in the day of the Lord’s wrath.” (Zephaniah 2:3)

Our only hope and deliverance is to seek God. To walk with God and build our relationship with Him, giving all to God. He will give us His protection during His wrath.
